The quality of the separation depends on the quality of the recording, mixing, and effects used in the song. Small leaks or noises may appear in some files.
Accepted files
Audio: MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, OGG, AAC, WMA and AIFF.
Video: MP4, MKV, MOV, AVI, WebM, MPEG, MPG and M4V.
Video files: the program uses only the audio from the video. The original video is not altered and the results are delivered as MP3 files.
First run
On first use, the separation template can be downloaded. This step may take a few minutes.
Processing time depends on the length of the file and computer performance. Do not close the program while separation is in progress.
How to hear the results
When processing is finished, each track will appear on the screen with a player. Click the play button to listen to the track before downloading it.
How to end the program
Click End program at the top of the screen and confirm the action. After the closing message appears, you can close the browser tab.
Closing the tab also ends the program automatically after a few seconds. During processing, wait for it to finish to avoid interrupting the work.
Account and API Keys
The application does not request an API key. Access is controlled by your account and the contracted plan.
When it is necessary to register your own key, do so only at the account settings panel. Never paste a key into the program.
After purchasing a plan or changing a setting in the panel, close and reopen the program.
Common Problems
Login was not accepted
Check your email, password and internet connection. If a message appears stating that the plan does not have access, check the subscription to the tool in your account.
Processing appears stopped
The first run may take longer because the neural model needs to be prepared. Long files also need more time.
The result presents noise
This can occur in music with a lot of compression, reverb, distortion, or mixed instruments. Try using a higher quality version.
Individual download does not open
Wait for processing to finish completely and try again. If the problem persists, use the button to download all tracks in ZIP.
The program does not open
Extract the entire package again and open the executable inside the extracted folder. Do not move or delete the folders that come with the program.
Bug reporting
On the main screen, click Bug reporting to download the report and send the file to support. It helps identify login, processing, or download issues.
Privacy: Never send your password, token or API key to support.
