What This Tool Does
Flow Automations — videos in Google Flow without sitting in front of your computer
Flow Automations sends your requests to the Google Flow from your own account, follows the generation, downloads the ready-made videos to the folder you choose and even writes the prompts for you when the idea is still just in your head. You keep using your Flow credits — the program just does the legwork.
Start here: there is just ONE place for the prompt
In version 1.4 the two prompt fields became one. You paste the text on the card Generate in Google Flow and the program decides on its own how to produce it, based on the size of what you pasted:
- Up to 3 orders — the button is written Generate now. The result appears right there, in Your media, with player to watch and button to download. It's the way to test an idea.
- 4 orders or more — the button changes by itself to Create series and generate everything. The program creates a series, generates one prompt at a time until the end without you in front, saves each file in the chosen folder and leaves you pause and resume where it left off.
Underneath the text box the counter shows how many requests he understood (“12 videos — becomes a series”). One prompt per line; if the prompt is long, separate one from the other with a blank line.
You don't need to choose anything: the name of the button always tells you what will happen before you click. And Google Flow fulfills one order at a time in your account — that's why the queue exists.
Do you already have the prompts in a file? Import
If your script came ready in PDF (the material in the members area, for example), in Word (.docx) or in a .txt, click Import file, choose the file and that's it: the text enters the box already separated into orders, without copying and pasting by hand (which is where lines and accents are lost). What was already written in the box is not deleted — the contents of the file are included below.
- File up to 8 MB.
- Password-protected PDF won't open: save a copy without a password and import again.
- PDF that is a scanned photo does not have text inside it; In this case, the program warns you and you need a PDF with selectable text.
“Video” and “Image” — what each one is for
There are two types of output, not two steps. You no You need to generate the image first to then generate the video.
- Video — each prompt on the list becomes a video. It's normal.
- Image — each prompt becomes a still image. Use for cover, thumbnail, post art, or to cheaply check how Flow understood the scene before spending video credit.
The choice is in the selector What to generate: Video / Image, next to the button. When switching, the list of Model exchange together, because your Flow account has different models for each thing.
If what you want is a character always with the same face, that’s not how it can be resolved. Don't generate separate images and videos: create a series, open Character and send 1 to 4 photos of your face. So the program keeps the same person in every scene. It is explained further below.
First things first: connect your Google Flow account
- Open the program and enter your website account email and password.
- No card Generate in Google Flow, click Sign in to Google account.
- A Google window opens on your screen. You are the one who enters your email and password — the program never types, never saves and never sees your password.
- Login finished, the screen shows Connected: seu@email and your balance Credits. Only from then on does the generate button work.
Can you connect more than one Flow account. Each series chooses which account it will run on, in the field Flow Account — useful for dividing credit consumption between accounts.
Step by step
- Check the green seal Connected and the credit balance.
- Paste the prompts into What do you want to create — or click Import file and choose .txt, .pdf or .docx.
- Escolha What to generate (Video or Image), the Model e o Format (Lying down 16:9 or Standing 9:16).
- Check the folder at Save videos to.
- Click the button. If it is written Generate now, the result appears in Your media right below. If it is written Create series and generate everything, the series opens below and production begins on its own.
In the series, the top bar shows the current scene (“scene 2 of 17”) and the estimated time. You can close the screen: production continues. Pause hold the line and Take up what was missing continues exactly where it left off, without redoing what was already done.
Anyone who just wants to organize their list without spending credit now uses Just save, without generating (this button appears when there are more than 3 requests): creates the series with all the prompts and leaves it ready for production later.
Don't have the prompts yet? The program writes
Create a series (New series), open the block Where do the scenes come from? and choose the origin:
- Just an idea — you say the topic in one sentence and the AI writes all the prompts.
- Written script — paste your text and it is divided into scenes.
- Legend with times — paste the subtitle with a time stamp and each excerpt becomes a scene with the right duration.
- Narration audio — send the mp3/wav/m4a/ogg and click Listen to the audio and mark the times: the program transcribes, cuts into scenes and synchronizes with the narration.
- Ready prompts — when you already have everything written and just want to produce.
Adjustment How many scenes e o Visual style (cinematic, documentary, anime, cartoon, realistic, vintage or nocturnal) and click Write the prompts. Then you can edit scene by scene, add scenes and save changes before producing.
Consistent character — the same person in every scene
Within the series, open Character and send photos of your face. In Observations about the character you fix details (“always in a white coat”). In How to maintain your face:
- Quick — photos straight to video: spends fewer credits, a good result in most cases.
- Caprichado — image of the scene before the video: The program first generates the image of the scene with the right face and only then the video. It becomes much more loyal and consumes more credits from your Flow account.
Settings that stay on the screen
- Format — Lying down 16:9 (YouTube) or Standing up 9:16 (Shorts, Reels, TikTok).
- Video Template / Image Template — the list comes from your Flow account. Leave in Your account default if you don't know which one to choose.
- Versions per scene — how many variations Flow generates from each scene. 1 spend less; 2 to 4 give you a choice and spend proportionally more.
- Use Flow's lazy queue — only appears when your Google Flow plan offers the low priority queue. It takes longer and does not consume credit. Plans that do not have this feature do not show the option.
- Leave the browser window off-screen — the browser remains open and working, it just doesn't jump in front of you while you use the computer.
- Work in the background (low priority) — leaves the computer freer for you to use during production.
- Save videos to — destination folder, with Choose folder e Open folder. Each series can have its own.
- Language — flags at the top: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German and Japanese.
Other useful buttons
- Redeem from account → Download ready: brings to the computer the videos that are already ready in your Flow account, including those that you generated by hand on the website. Nothing is erased from there.
- View the Flow window: brings the Google Flow window to the front so you can follow it with your own eyes.
- Duplicate series: repeats the same configuration for another subject without redoing everything.
- Start over from scratch: cleans what was already generated in that series and produces it again.
- Stop everything now: stops production immediately.
- Download bug report: generates a file on your Desktop for you to send to support when something goes wrong. Copy report does the same for the clipboard.
- Close the program: it truly ends. Closing just the browser tab also shuts down the program afterwards.
Required API Keys
The keys are registered on the website panel, never within the program. If you are on a plan with the quota included, you don't need to register anything — it's already free.
- OpenAI — optional (just for the program to write the prompts, the script and maintain the character). Register the key OpenAI · video tutorial
- AssemblyAI — optional (only for origin Narration audio, which listens to the audio and marks the times). Register the key AssemblyAI · video tutorial
Important: Did you register or exchange a key with the program open? Close and reopen the program — the keys are read upon opening.
Requirements and limits
- Windows 10 or 11. You don't need to install anything else: just extract the entire folder and open the program.
- Google Chrome installed, for the Google Flow window.
- Active Google Flow account with credits — generation takes place in your account and consumes your credits.
- Internet all the time: access is validated every time you open it.
- One order at a time in the same Flow account. To produce in parallel, connect another account.
- Prompts that are too long may be rejected by Google Flow. If this happens, the program rewrites the text itself keeping the character description and tries again.
Common problems and solution
- “You haven't signed in to your Google Flow account yet” — click Sign in to Google account and log in to the window that opens. The Google session expires on its own from time to time; When this happens, just log in again.
- Production has stopped and the screen asks to enter the account — Google session crashed in the middle. Log in again and click Take up what was missing: nothing that has already been completed is redone.
- “I found no text in this file” — the PDF you imported is made from scanned photos and has no text inside. Use a PDF where you can select the text with the mouse, or save the script as .txt and import again.
- Model combo is empty — the template list comes from your account. Connect the account and click Update.
- “Insufficient credits” — the balance is from your Google Flow account. Reload it there and have it generated again.
- The video does not appear in the folder — check the path in Save videos to and use Open folder. If the video is already ready in Flow, the button Download ready brings everything.
- The browser window disappears from the screen — is the option Leave the browser window off-screen. Click View the Flow window to bring it back, or uncheck the option.
- I closed the tab and the program seems to still be open — it turns off on its own shortly after. To end immediately, use Close the program.
- Any other error — click Download bug report and send the file to support. It is saved on your Desktop.
